Refund Schedule at a Glance
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. To cancel, email cancellations@healthcorebridge.com with your delegate ID and event name.
Cancellation by Delegates
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cancellations@healthcorebridge.com with your delegate ID and the event name. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The date of the written cancellation request determines which refund tier applies, not the date of any prior conversation with our team.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and foreign exchange costs are deducted from refunded amounts.
Registration Transfers
Registration transfers to a colleague are available up to 48 hours before the event start date at no charge. To transfer a registration, email delegates@healthcorebridge.com with the original delegate's name and the replacement delegate's full details. Both parties will receive updated confirmation emails.
For events with multiple tracks or workshop selections, the transferred registration carries the same session selections as the original unless an alternative is requested and available.
Webinar Cancellations
For free webinars, cancellations require no action — your place is released automatically if you do not attend.
For paid webinars, the same cancellation tiers apply as for conferences. Registered participants who cannot attend live retain access to the recording for 12 months from the live date, and CME credits remain claimable from the recording within that period.
Cancellation by Healthcore Bridge
In the event that Healthcore Bridge cancels an event, all registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees within 15 business days, or the option to transfer their registration to a future equivalent event.
Healthcore Bridge is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, visa fees, or any other costs incurred in preparation for an event that is subsequently cancelled. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers event cancellation.
Format Changes
Healthcore Bridge reserves the right to change an event from in-person to hybrid or fully virtual format in response to circumstances outside our control, including public health guidance, travel restrictions, or venue unavailability.
Where a format change occurs, delegates who registered for in-person attendance and cannot or do not wish to attend virtually are entitled to a credit note valid for 24 months. Delegates who accept virtual attendance in lieu of in-person will receive a partial refund reflecting any difference in registration tier pricing.
Event Insurance
We offer optional event insurance at checkout, which covers full refund of registration fees in the event of cancellation due to illness, bereavement, or other personal emergencies. The insurance premium is non-refundable. Terms of the insurance cover are provided by our insurance partner at the time of purchase.
For delegates from countries with travel advisories, we recommend reviewing our format change provisions above and considering event insurance for additional protection.
Group Bookings
For group registrations of 5 or more delegates, cancellations are processed on a per-delegate basis according to the standard tiers above. If the group size falls below any applicable group discount threshold as a result of cancellations, the remaining delegates' fees may be adjusted to the standard rate. Please contact your account manager to discuss options for group cancellations.
