Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any Healthcore Bridge event or using our services. If you have any questions, contact us at legal@healthcorebridge.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or otherwise accessing any Healthcore Bridge conference, webinar, digital platform, or associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with registration or access our services.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy, each of which forms part of your agreement with Healthcore Bridge International Ltd.

2. Definitions

"Healthcore Bridge" refers to Healthcore Bridge International Ltd and its affiliated entities. "Event" means any conference, webinar, workshop, or educational programme organised or facilitated by Healthcore Bridge. "Delegate" means any individual registered to attend an Event. "Platform" means the Healthcore Bridge website, virtual event platform, and associated digital services.

3. Registration and Eligibility

Registration for Healthcore Bridge Events is open to healthcare professionals, researchers, academics, and individuals with a legitimate professional interest in the event subject matter. Healthcore Bridge reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations where the eligibility criteria are not met.

All registration information provided must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation of registration without refund. Delegates are responsible for ensuring their own eligibility for CME credits under applicable national regulations.

4. Payment Terms

Registration fees are due in full at the time of registration unless an institutional purchase order arrangement has been approved in advance. Prices are displayed in USD, GBP, or EUR and include applicable taxes where shown. Healthcore Bridge accepts payment by major credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Invoices are issued for institutional registrations and are payable within 30 days of issue. Registrations paid by purchase order are confirmed upon receipt of the purchase order number; access credentials are issued upon receipt of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content presented at Healthcore Bridge Events โ€” including but not limited to presentations, slides, videos, handouts, and proceedings โ€” is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers, authors, or Healthcore Bridge, as applicable.

Delegates may use event materials for personal educational purposes only. Recording, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any event content without prior written permission from Healthcore Bridge and the relevant rights holder is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised recording of sessions will result in immediate removal from the event.

6. Code of Conduct

Healthcore Bridge is committed to maintaining professional and inclusive events. All participants are expected to treat fellow delegates, speakers, staff, and organisers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

For virtual events, the same standards of professional conduct apply. Attendees must not share access credentials, disrupt sessions through inappropriate use of chat or audio tools, or engage in any behaviour that detracts from the educational value of the event for other participants.

7. Limitation of Liability

Healthcore Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from attendance at or inability to attend any Event, or from use of the Platform. Our total liability in connection with any Event shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the relevant delegate.

Clinical content presented at Events is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Delegates remain solely responsible for their own clinical decisions. Healthcore Bridge makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of clinical content presented by speakers.

8. Force Majeure and Event Changes

Healthcore Bridge reserves the right to alter the format, date, venue, speakers, or programme of any Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

In the event of cancellation by Healthcore Bridge, delegates will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to an equivalent future event. Healthcore Bridge shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by delegates in connection with a cancelled or modified event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the India, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

Healthcore Bridge reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered delegates. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown below.
